| The RC Summer Program had another innovative theme for its 200 participants during the summer of 2009: “greenAGE : Raising cities”. The goal was to design initiatives to develop futuristic cities for sustainable living. “GreenAGE” was simply created to provide 8-12 year old children with a variety of learning opportunities for environmental awareness and green technology, in other words, learning, exploring, imagining and applying all aspects of eco-friendly life. The annual summer program, sponsored by the Alumni Association and runs on the RC campus, aims to expose kids to as much English as possible through fun and exciting activities. Please click below to read on more about it and see some photos from the two sessions held throughout last summer. |
