Welcome to the Art and Music web pages at RC. Here you can find photos of the music and art areas and information about what goes on in this department at RC!! The music dept is situated in Suna Kıraç and there are two classrooms, one large band room, dance studio and 6 small practice rooms with guitars, pianos and/or drum kits for students to use. The Art studio is at the other end of the school, in Sage, and consists of two large studios, a photography classroom and large darkroom. [See photos]

In Lise Prep ALL students follow a music and art programme of two lessons week. Creative Arts is also a compulsory course in the Lise Prep year.

It is a requirement at RC that students take and pass an Arts elective in order to graduate. There are many electives for students to choose from and more information about each of these courses is available on these web pages or directly from a member of the Arts faculty.

Of course, clubs, concerts, competitions and other extra curricular events are a large part of the life of the Arts department. We currently have many clubs and activities on offer to students and you can find various pictures of these activities – especially clubs and concerts - on the website, as well as examples of student art works.
